About Fil Rhythm
Based in Onancock, Virginia, Phil Bonsignore aka Fil Rhythm, is a talented guitarist and songwriter with deep roots in the rich traditions of jam rock, country, and blues. Originally from Ronkonkoma, NY his musical journey has seen him become a fixture on the Eastern Shore music scene, where his soulful performances have captivated audiences. Fil Rhythm continues to perform, bringing his unique blend of genres and compelling songwriting to new listeners.

Meet The Band
Ed Satterfield - Bass Guitar, Vocals
Ed grew up in Kittanning, PA and moved to the Eastern Shore in 2015. He learned to play several instruments as a young man, focusing trombone and bass guitar. In 2013 he earned his bachelors degree in music education from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. He joined Fil Rhythm Band in 2021.
Robert E Buckner - Drums
47 years of performing on the Eastern Shore. Robert spent 27 years with Mr. B and the Boys, and has performed with Margot & Company, Guitar Slim Jr. and the Freshwater Frank Blues Band. He was a founding member of the Black Elvis Band. He currently performs at the North Street Playhouse Theater and joined the Fil Rhythm Band in 2021.

Kevin Flowers - Saxophone
Kevin Flowers hailing from the Virginia Beach, Hampton Roads area is a powerful saxophonist, playing alto, tenor and soprano adding the icing on the cake to the legendary sound of the Fil Rhythm Band. Kevin has been a guest performer with the band since 2023.
Founding Members
Chris Propper - Bass Guitar
Chris Propper helped form Fil Rhythm Band in March of 2013 performing shows throughout the Long Island area in the bands early days. He currently resides in Ronkonkoma, NY and is still jamming with various Long Island musicians.
Joe Bonsignore -AKA Crowdog - Guitar, Vocals, Song Writer
Joe has been making music with his brother since childhood. He has fronted and performed in his own bands throughout his career. He helped form FRB in 2013 co-writing songs like Wild and Crazy and Weed, Wine & Ecstasy in the early days of the band. Joe moved to the Eastern Shore in 2023 and now performs with The Southern Fog Band along with solo performances as Crowdog and still sits in with FRB to this day.
